Overview
Candidates who attend this course are IT professionals, typically described as Desktop Administrators (DAs), who:
- Deploy, manage, and maintain PCs, devices, and applications across medium, large, and enterprise organizations
- Use, or intend to use, the latest release of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to manage and deploy PCs, devices, and applications

Prerequisite
- Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) principles and fundamentals of AD DS management
- Knowledge of basic concepts related to public key infrastructure (PKI) security
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including common networking protocols, topologies, hardware, media, routing, switching, and addressing
- Basic understanding of scripting and Windows PowerShell syntax, Windows Server roles and services
Eligibility
- IT professionals, including System Administrators, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Infrastructure Administrators.
- Professionals responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining applications and containerized environments.
- Candidates who use or intend to use Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment, orchestration, scaling, and cluster management.
