Prerequisite
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, and virtualization. Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure and system administration. Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is helpful but not mandatory.
