Overview
Candidates who attend this course are IT professionals, typically described as Enterprise Desktop Administrators (EDAs), who:
- Deploy, manage, and maintain computers, devices, and applications across medium, arge, and enterprise organizations

Prerequisite
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including common networking protocols,
topologies, hardware, media, routing, switching, and addressing
- Experience working with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
- Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based personal computers
- Basic understanding of the concepts related to public key infrastructure (PKI) security
- Basic understanding of scripting and Windows PowerShell syntax
- Basic understanding of the configuration options for iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile device platforms
- Basic understanding of management tasks using Configuration Manager
